Is Big Good?
Zenden came back telling me about his new class next year.
He was pretty upset about having separated from his kakis. All of them are posted to different classes. Zenden has been with them since Primary one and from next year onwards, he will be with a group of new classmates. Although he has a few existing classmates in his class next year, however, they are not his usual kakis. He was kind of upset...
When I asked, "Are you excited about next year? " His reply was, "No...how I wish I can be same class as Zane." ( Zane is one of his good friends )
To be very honest, I am also quite sad cos I know all his kakis' parents. We are good friends and share info with each other pertaining school work or other issues. *Sigh*
But how can I tell him that... knowing that it will make him feel worst. All I can say to him is "You all can still play after school" knowing very well that it will not be very often. Anyhow, we (the parents) told each other that we are still going to make it a point to arrange meet up every now and then to keep this friendship going..and also a chance for the boys to play together. I am sure they will!
Next year, the number of classes are getting smaller, hence increasing each class to a number of 42 pupils. I was shocked when I heard that from Zenden. Honestly, I have not seen such big a class and wonder if the teachers are able to handle, specially all boys!
Personally, I prefer a smaller class but I guess I need to be positive and trust God for everything.
