Just 2 more days our family are leaving for Japan. The children are really looking forward for these trip. They have been counting down since last week. This time, we are covering Hokkaido. Do you know why the kids are excited? What else...they have been told that they are able to play Animal Kaiser over in Japan! Compare to Singapore, Japan is way ahead in version. They are currently at version 10 now where Singapore is only version 3. Aiyo, I can already imagine them can't take their hands off the machine there.
Oh well, to be positive, it's really not a bad idea too if they have them in the shopping mall cos that would mean I will have time to do my SHOPPING. Haha! I told hubby just few nights back, "Dear ar, if they have game arcade in the shopping mall, you bring the kids there to play hor, then I can have peace shopping." keke...
I really love Japan not because of all the nice stuffs there, tho I do love it but most of all, I love the weather, their friendly customer service and Food. I love Japanese food the MOST! and one good thing is both children love Japanese food so I won't have much problem settling their meals. I heard that the Hokkaido Crab is super duper NICE! Something I must try.
We will also be visiting the Kitaichi Glass shop, Music Box Museum @ Otaru as well as the famous Chocolate factory @ Sapporo. Hopefully, I will be able to capture nice pictures of Lavender, like the one I posted here...it reminds me of our Father's creation.
I will bring back more pictures to be posted here and share with all of you. So, stay tune ya!

Our Spirit, Our Soul
*********** You are the peace that guards my heart my help in time of need You are the hope that leads me on and brings me to my knees
For there I found You waiting And there I found release So with all of my heart I worship And unto You I sing
For You alone deserves all glory For You alone deserves all praise Father we worship and adore You Father, we long to seek Your face
For You alone deserves all glory For You alone deserves all praise Father we love You And we worship You this day.
************
Before I got saved, I used to think soul & spirit are the same. Whenever people say "soul", I would think that they are referring to our spirit. But after I got saved, I began to see that they are different because the bible say so.
"Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Thess 5:23)
Here, it clearly states that they cannot be the same. It would be just as scriptural to say that the body and the soul are the same (Of Cos, we know a body is a body...it can't be soul), as it would be to say that the spirit and the soul are the same.
The truth is further elaborate in Hebrew 4:12 where the bible says the Word of God is so powerful that soul & spirit can be divided. So now it is obvious that spirit and soul are 2 different dimension.
Many people in this world are still not knowing these but the Truth is in God's Word. Only when you truly understand, it will help your spiritual growth immeasurably. Only then, you understand why the bible emphasis so much of our spirit - our inner man.
Kenneth Hagin simplify these to help us understand the three dimensions of Man.
1) With my body I contact the physical realm. 2) With my spirit I contact the spiritual realm. 3) With my soul I contact the intellectual and emotional realms.
Do you see the different?
Man is a spirit. The spirit is the part of man that knows God. Man possesses a soul - the intellect, the sensibilities, the will. And man lives in a body.
So why are our spirits important? Because the spirit is the part of man that knows God (God is Spirit ~John 4:24). With my spirit I contact my Father in the spiritual realm.

Letter to God
Dear Lord,
I want to thank you for your grace. The grace which you have given me this morning to put the right word across to my child. I want to confess that I am at a lost this morning but I thank you that you have reminded me that you are with me and I can always bring up my request, my concern to you through prayer. Truly, after casting my burden unto you, I feel the peace inside me. I never forget what Pastor Lian said..."We have a big God, don't live like we have no God." Indeed, Abba...you are the maker of heaven and earth, nothing is too big for you. I am so glad that I obey the spirit to pray. Only when I am restful, I can be led by the holy spirit and follow whatever He place in my heart to speak. Throughout the conversation, there was no raising of voice, only gentle speech and it brought both of us tears.
The word of God says "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways..." Lord, I believed because Your words are truth. Amen.
