It is alright if you don't cos I am going to tell you now :-)Lady Finger is also known as Okra. You can easily buy them from the market or any supermarket. It is easily accessible and maybe because of that, I have miss out the very valuable source of it's nutrition. Last 2 weeks, I attended Delia's Church Wedding and I happened to be place seated together with Josie,David, Evon & Suat Ngoh. As usual, we eat and chat. I cannot remember what is the topic about but somehow or rather, we started to talk about food. It was during this time Evon began to share with me the Goodness of Lady Fingers. She asked if I did receive her email about this, I did but I was like holding that "Don't bother to read" attitude, thinking it was just another ordinary email. I told her honestly and I thank God that she wasn't unhappy with my reply but instead kindly told me, "oh..since we are here, let me tell you about it again."She shared with us her testimony and soon...the whole table of us were all ears listening to her. You know what follow after that...all the "Wow", " REALLY!", " I GOT TO TRY IT" response were floating around the table.Hubby and my mom began to try out and just last Monday, when my mom went for her routine check up, her blood pressure dropped from a high point of 150 to 106.
