Happy Anniversary, Dear!
2nd July 1998 - The day I said, "I Do". *Smile*

For these 12 years as husband and wife, I thank you for your understanding and love towards me and the family. Of cos, there were times we argued, times we disagree with each other, times we had cold wars but despite of that, your love towards the family and me never go any lesser.

Now with Christ as the center of our life and marriage, which I really thank God for...LOVE, PEACE, JOY filled our home more and more. :-D

Last night, we left the children at night and went on a date together. Something which we don't do quite often ever since we have children. Well, I must say the feeling was good...hmm...like going back into courtship time.

Yesterday was a special day for both of us. It's our 12 years Wedding Anniversary so hubby decided that we should take a break and go for a simple dinner + movie together. So we ended up in Bishan, catching the 8.30 show - Karate Kid. Had a simple yet satisfied dinner at Din Tai Fung. It is not really about where we go or what we had. It's really about the quality time we have even if it is just a short few hours. I thank God for blessing our time together.

By the time the show ended, it was almost 11pm. I did not expect the show to be that long really. But It was a nice show. The kids were asleep by the time we reached home. Perhaps it's because we told them that we will be out celebrating, not a single call from them while we were out last night. Haha!
We wanted the children to know the importance of celebration, be it Birthdays or Anniversary because in God's kingdom, there's always celebration. Most importantly, they will learn and do likewise with their families in the future.
