What I have for Mother's Day
This year, I received 2 lovely cards from both my boys - Zenden (Elder) & Zayden (Younger)
Mother's Day has never been the same ever since they were borned.
Before being a mother, I used to plan my own schedule... I go where I wanted to go, do whatever I wanted to do but ever since the birth of my 2 boys, my priority changed. Now, It is the reverse...I go wherever they want to go, do whatever they want to do. Surprising, I enjoyed being surrounded by them.
They are times when they misbehaved. Boys being boys...but I have learnt to ask God to teach me to be a good mother and He has been teaching me since then.
I am not a perfect mother but I do know that if God can give me the grace to be a mother, I will be able to steward them as I leaned on Him. Parenting is never easy, I have my challenges but I know that I can take each step at a time, with Him as my guidance.
I thanked God for giving me these children. It is Heaven's most precious gift and I thanked God for making me a steward to nurture them. I know He has entrusted me with the children and I will always remember that they are not just my children but they belongs to God.
"Thank you, Abba, for Zen & Zay!"
Zay, Me & Zen
Zen made this card in Church for me. I Love what he wrote! This is really priceless..
This butterfly card is from Zay. I love what the card says...The heart of a home is a mother
Whose love is warm and true,
And home has always been "Sweet Home"
With a wonderful mother like you!
