Bottle Tree Park
Since 7/11/2011 was a public holiday, we decided to bring the kids to Bottle Tree Park, together with Cindy & Jeff family.Our families met at 9.30am to have breakfast at Compass Point, Swenson, only to realise that they are closed for renovation >.<
We ended up trying Burger King Breakfast!
Breakfast @ Burger KingAfter a hearty breakfast, we headed to Bottle Tree Park, located at 81 Lorong Chencharu Yishun. I googled this place before hand to find out what the kids can do there and realised that they have various types of activities like:
Swan Paddling
Racecraft Infinity Car Racing
Red Dynasty Paintball
Fishing/Prawning
Perhaps we were there too early, only fishing & prawning was available.
Initially, I thought the kids might love to catch Long Kang fish but surprisingly, when I asked my eldest if he would like to try, his response was, "Eee...the water so dirty!" ~Gosh, I guess nowadays, kids are more into luxurious games like Wii, computer games etc...totally different from my time where we played mostly outdoor games like marbles, spider catching, fishing etc...
So, we ended up taking photos and walking round the park
