Visit to Siah Ah Cheok Chinese Sin-Seh
Right! I know I looked like a "dumpling" now :(
I had my left leg bandaged as I just came back from Siah Ah Cheok Chinese Medical Hall. Well....blamed it on myself. I injured my left leg last week and decided to seek help from my GP. However, the medication did not make me any better.
Unable to bear with the pain that tortured me for the past one week...I picked up the couraged to visit the Chinese Sin-Seh today.
Honestly, if I do have a choice...I rather not go to Chinese Sin-Seh cos I know how painful it is and I don't want to scream my lung out.
But again...do I want to be heal?? YES, DEFINITELY!
So I know there is no escape this time...
Gladly, the place was not that crowded today.
For those who have been to this Sin-Seh...you know how crowded it can be and how hours of wait...just to see the master.
I waited a good 20 min, I think.
Master was out of town and I was attended by his wife.
After finding out what happen to me, she said, "Small case, who doesn't get this before." I looked at her...speechless.
The inside of me thought, Great! since its small case, get it done & over!
She got me to lie down on the wooden bed and started to straighten both of my legs. "Hmm...do you know your right leg is longer than your left leg?"
"HUH!?! What that means????"
"Means you have injured yourself."
After some pulling, she proceed with the treatment. To be honest, I dare not even look at her. I covered my mouth with my left hand, getting ready for the treatment.
I did not know what she used on me...I guess its needles cos she is poking many times into my knee cap...you bet, it's painful!
I tried to bear with the pain and after a min or so, she started to use a rubber tube and a few pieces of cup like cover and started the sucking process.
Oh man...suddenly I felt like I was attacked by leeches!
Thankfully, the overall process took about 10 minutes. She finished off with some medication on my leg and bandaged it up.
"Try to walk now", she said.
So I got down and try a few small steps...Eh...really not so painful now!
It seems to work!
"You should recovered with one or two treatments. If you no longer feel the pain by Thursday, you are all well. However, if you still feel a little discomfort, then come back on Thursday for another round of treatment."
Now, I am really keeping my finger cross that I will not need to go back on Thursday for 2nd round of treatment. LOL!
